How do i register on the site?
Click the register button on the forums page and fill out the registration form.
You will placed into a holding area until a admin has checked your details, if you application is successful you will now be allowed to post in the forums.

How do i register myself on the ladder ?
Once your forum account has been approved you can select MySetup button from the navigation bar and start to create yourself a Bio.
Please note that each section in your Bio has a separate update button and each section requires to be updated individually.

How do i create a team ?
If you are the team captain you can click on the TeamCp and start to create your team from the options available.
Please remember to add a team password so only members in your team are able to join

How do i join a team ?
Once you have registered on the forums and created your Bio you can now search for the team you need to join.
On viewing your teams profile you will see the option to join that team, clicking this option will prompt you with a team password box, enter the password given to you by your team captain and you will be automatically added to that team.

Can i be a member of more than one team ?
Yes, You are allowed to create a singles or double team if competing in a separate ladder, but are not allowed to be part of multiple teams competing in the same ladder.

Where can i find the rules for the ladders ?
Ladder rules can be found in the forums under their specific game headings.

When can my team join a ladder ?
Once your team is complete with the required members on it's roster and all your team members have filled in their steam id's or Punkbuster GUID'S (pc only) you can assign your team to any of the ladders available.
If your team does not meet the ladder/s requirements they will be removed from the ladder/s until it does.

Do i need to fill all the information box's in my Bio
No, it is up to you how much information you decide to enter, the only box which is compulsory is the steam id if your team is playing in the Modern Warfare 2 ladders.

How do i challenge a team ?
Your team can only make a challenge to teams within your ladder. Once you have chosen the team you wish to challenge select how many and which maps you would like to play, a time and date, if you choose to leave the date blank this will be classed as a open challenge.
Please remember to give as much information as you can to help the challenged team accept your challenge

How do i enter the result from my teams match ?
The WINNING TEAM must enter result, this can be done through your team control panel (pending challenges) or from other links to your match from within the website.

What do i do if i have a issue with a match ?
If you feel that you have a particular issue with a certain match, first thing to do is try and resolve any issues you have with the team involved, if a compromise can't be achieved you can fill out a match dispute form which can be found in the support section of the site.
Please give as much accurate information as possible and a Admin will contact you as soon as possible.
